Shima is an amazing yoga instructor and my favourite. I have been going to her Hatha Flow and Gentle Hatha for 6 months and it has been a tremendous impact on my mind, body and soul. The core purpose of my yoga practice is to build strength, align with the postures correctly for balance, flexibility, feeling calm and peaceful within, and Shima’s classes are truly meaningful and effective. She confidently articulates exercises and is very creative with the sets and forms. I would definitely give Shima a shout out to anyone looking for personal, professional or is a beginner seeking a yoga routine.
